Request for customer account and data deletion — Digmi Marketing
Use this page to request deletion of your Digmi Marketing account and the data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need to have the app installed.
Email us at support@digmi.se or hello@digmi.se, or call +46 101 821 033. We will confirm your request and let you know once it has been carried out.
What we delete
Your Digmi Marketing account and its user details, the devices linked to that account, and the content you have uploaded — campaigns, images, videos and location settings.
What we keep, and why
Swedish law requires us to retain some records even after an account is deleted:
Accounting records for 7 years, under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
Contract and order records for 10 years, so that legal claims can be handled.
Correspondence for 1 year after the last message, and for 10 years where it concerns a legal matter.
