Hairdresser Linnea Prytz wants to revolutionise the hairdressing industry. She wants to develop and modernise her salon, giving customers the best possible experience while making the business more profitable and sustainable. She’s now transforming her salon with the help of SaaS company Digmi.
Studio L2, led by the enterprising and innovative Linnea Prytz, is taking another step forward by developing its partnership with Digmi. Together, they’re making the salon reception-free, so every hairdresser can look after their clients straight from the chair.
The salon isn’t just known for its exceptional service, but also for working with high-quality brands such as Maria Nila, Noberu & GHD, guaranteeing customers the best in hair care and styling. Linnea’s goal is for every client to feel unique and beautiful, and her passion for innovation and modern methods makes Studio L2 a trailblazer in the industry. Her team of eight skilled hairdressers, all fully trained to journeyman and master level, offer everything from cutting and colouring to barbering and ear piercing.
Digital transformation
Just like at a modern restaurant, where you order, get offers and pay without leaving the table, Studio L2’s customers will be able to enjoy a seamless experience without ever needing to get up. With Digmi’s advanced software and hardware, hairdressers can now handle consultations, sell products, take payments and rebook customers straight from the chair. Hairdressers can also update customer records with details of treatments and preferences, making the whole process smoother and more personal.
An important part of the digitalisation is that Studio L2 is replacing all physical advertising with Digmi’s digital screens. These screens display marketing material from the salon’s suppliers, and all the material is already uploaded in Digmi’s software. With just a few taps, Linnea and her team can publish these campaigns straight to the screens, without ever needing to sit down at a computer to download anything. They can also easily edit campaigns by adding prices, their own logo or other details, then quickly send them out to both the salon’s screens and social media.
Digmi’s software works well on existing equipment, but for salons that want it, Digmi can also offer an upgrade to the latest hardware.
The new 55- and 43-inch digital screens are already installed and in use. This summer and autumn will be an exciting time as the service continues to develop and improve. With Digmi’s technology, Studio L2 is looking forward to building a modern, efficient salon that leads the way in both customer experience and marketing.

Linnea Prytz shares her experience of the partnership: “This digital journey wouldn’t have been possible without Digmi’s fantastic service. Ours isn’t the most tech-savvy industry, so all the help we’ve had has been invaluable. Thanks to Digmi, we can now offer an even better customer experience while improving our profitability and sustainability.”
Digmi’s growth phase
Joel Lagerkvist, Digmi’s current CEO, is enthusiastic about the growing partnership: “We’re absolutely delighted to be working with Linnea and her team at Studio L2. Their commitment to innovation and quality reflects our own vision, and we’re looking forward to achieving great results together.”
Studio L2 and Digmi are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring, and they’re confident it will set a new standard for how hair salons can work and engage with their customers.
